This is a collaborative commercial trial directed from the Finnish manufacturer of dexmedetomidine. dexmedetomidine is a sedative drug, currently licensed in the US for short-term use. We are participating in this Phase III (What's That?) looking at the use in long-term sedated patients in the ICU
